The following settings allow users to send blog upgrade notices to be posted on Twitter as well as posting a days worth of tweets from Twitter to your blog.
First, to link Twitter and your blog go to Settings > Blog Settings > Link to Twitter

Blog Update Notices to Twitter

This setting allows upgrade notices to be sent to your Twitter account. Click on the Enable tab to go to the Twitter authentication and login page and enter your Twitter account and password.
Message
Here you can edit the tweet that will be sent to you Twitter, the following is a list of tags that can be used.
(You can write your own text and use symbols such as #)
Tag list:
<%title> : Entry Title
<%url> : Entry URL
<%shorturl> : Entry URL (shortened URL)
<%blogname> : Blog Title
*Default set as <%title> <%url>
Furthermore, you can set this function as well as edit the message for each entry.
*Please insert a space before and after the URL tag.
*The message may not properly send if the total number of characters exceeds 140.

Enabling this function means that a days worth of Tweets will be automatically posted to your blog as an entry the following day.
By clicking on Enable the authentication and login page for Twitter will open. Please enter your Twitter account and password to complete the settings.
*The first entry will be posted the second day after being enabled.
*Tweets up until midnight Japan time will be collected.
*There may be times when collected Tweets are delayed from being displayed due to the state of your network.
*If there are more than 10 Tweets in one day, the remaining Tweets will be displayed in the post-script section.
By designating the desired period and then clicking on "Sort out the past tweets as one entry." will open the Twitter authentication and login screen. Please enter your Twitter account and password and then your Tweets for the specified period will be sorted.

It will take a short while before processing begins, but you can terminate the process by clicking on Cancel Reservation.
*If there are more than 10 Tweets in one day, the remaining Tweets will be displayed in the post-script section.
*One entry will consists of days worth of Tweets
*There may be times when collected Tweets are delayed from being displayed due to the state of your network.
*Dependent on TwitterAPI specs
-There is a limit on the number of past Tweets that can be collected and as such there may be cases were not all Tweets can be collected.
-You may be blocked if you use the function to gather long term Tweets or short term Tweets.

Tweet Display Order
Setting Tweets to descending order means that your list will start from the latest Tweets.
Setting Tweets to ascending order means that your list will start from the oldest Tweet.
Category Setting of a Sorted out Entry
You can post sorted entries under the set category with this setting.
Tweets that include @[user name]
You can set how to sort Tweets that include @[user name].
Sort out as one entry Group all Tweets that include @[user name]
Sort out as one entry excluding replies Tweets that used the Twitter reply function will be excluded.
Do not sort out as one entry
All entries that include @[user name] and replies.
